A good portion of the orders we service are time-sensitive. It is our goal to get you the products you need as soon as possible. Most items ship in 1–2 business days or sooner—often the same day for orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
PLEASE make sure to read the item descriptions to see if a particular product has a lead time. This mainly applies to embroidered or personalized items, custom printed items (including icons), and certain jewelry pieces. For items with a lead time, the shipping method you select applies to transit time only.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ship after production. For example, if you order a baptismal towel that ships in 5 business days and choose overnight shipping, you will receive it within a total of 6 business days.
