Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all of our products*. We will accept returns on any qualifying item* that was received damaged or otherwise acceptable, provided that you contact us by phone or email within seven (7) days of receiving it to be issued a Return Authorization Number.  Once your RA# is assigned, your return must enter the mailstream within 5 business days, or your order may be eligible for a store credit only.  Your assigned RA number must be visible on the outside packaging of all returns or exchanges, or we will not accept them. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless damage occurred in transit.  Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.  Exchanges will bear a new shipping charge. Returns made after seven (7) days will be issued in the form of store credit only. To initiate a return, please send a detailed explanation to returns@orthodoxgifts.com.

*Food products, final sale items (ending in $.99), sized rings, customized/personalized embroidered or printed items, including made-on-demand icons, are final sale, unless a manufacturing defect or shipping damage exists. Baptismal Wear is returnable for Store Credit only.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT.

A Note about Custom Printed Icons:   Some cropping will occur on some icons in certain formats.  This happens if an original icon is longer than it is wide, for example.  If we stretched a narrow icon image to fit the 8 x 10" format, it would be unrealistically skewed. i.e., the faces would look fat. When we print the different formats, we make sure that each image contains the most important elements of the original icon and its theme.  If you have a question about a specific image and format, please be sure to ask before you place your order.  Returns for cropping issues are not accepted.  Printed icons are considered final sale items, unless a defect in manufacturing defect or damage in transit occurs.  If there is a print error, we will issue a reprint at no charge.
