HOW IT WORKS:
- Send us your Gold (minimum purity: 10k) and/or Sterling Silver items only. Broken/damaged items are ok. Stones set in jewelry will not be credited or returned.
- Once we receive your submission, we’ll confirm via email. We will then evaluate and appraise its value, based on daily market London Fix rates. You can expect a written quote via email in about 5 business days.
- You have the option to accept or reject our offer. If approved, you’ll immediately receive a store credit code for the full value to use on anything in our shop—icons, jewelry, gifts, and more. If you don’t approve, we will return your jewelry back to you at our cost and provide you with the tracking number at that time.
