HOW IT WORKS:
- Send us your Gold (minimum purity: 10k) and/or Sterling Silver items only. Broken/damaged items are ok. Stones set in jewelry will not be credited or returned.
- Once we receive your submission, we’ll confirm via email. We will then evaluate and appraise its value, based on daily market London Fix rates. You can expect a written quote via email in about 5 business days.
- You have the option to accept or reject our offer. If approved, you’ll immediately receive a store credit code for the full value to use on anything in our shop—icons, jewelry, gifts, and more. If you don’t approve, we will return your melted jewelry* back to you at our cost and provide you with the tracking number at that time.
*All jewelry needs to be melted down for accurate value assessment.
