Due to the reflexive nature of precious metals, it's hard to capture some detailed jewelry features without also capturing a glare. For this reason we have to tilt or pan the camera around depending on the piece we are photographing. This results in some 14 karat gold items appearing to be a different gold color than other pieces. For the most part, all gold jewelry is the approximately the same color in real life.
